Are you mamas feeling ready for the summer? I’m actually a little nervous about it. Thankfully we have friends and family nearby, and some Fun + Games activities to keep my four girls entertained. Baby number five will join us at the end of the month who’ll bring us extra sunshine.
Speaking of sunshine…you’ve got to get these bright, happy, and hip outfits for your daughters. The inspiration comes from my recent Retro Collection made of vintage Czech glass beads. I think these curated outfits are perfect for days when “you’re lookin’ for fun and feelin’ groovy.” ✿
BABY + TODDLER
Your little flower child will have it made in the shade from head-to-toe. Bucket hats are great for trips to the zoo, a beach day, cooling off at a splash pad, and everything in between. This one is made from cotton + linen, and available in 11 different colors. I liked the elastic adjustment around the head, & the adjustable chin strap; both of which help keep this hat on your little one's head allowing it to grow with your child. For some added sun protection + style, the round sunglasses have UV400 lenses, can fit ages up to 5 years, and has 14 colors to pick from, and are unisex. These are just so cute on every little kiddo!
If your daughter has her ears pierced, consider putting the Peace Studs on for the summer. They are a simple bar design available in gold filled or sterling silver which are perfect for sensitive little ears. They really add an everyday elegance to any outfit, and this flower set is no exception. Let’s talk about this set- it’s made of cotton; has the option of getting shorts, or pants; sized from 0 months to 5 years, and those happy flowers are sure to put a smile on your face. According to the reviews, it tends to run big, so size down. To compliment the colors of those happy flowers, a stack of Mod Peach, Sunny, and Jukebox is positively perfect, and will hold up against sunscreen, sticky popsicles, swimming lessons, and bath time. The final touch is a pair of red sandals. This pair is easily cleaned, and the velcro closure makes it easier for independent kiddos to put these on by themselves. “Here Comes the Sun” is surrounded by fun + funky flowers, smiley faces, and sun rays. If you’re worried about the white tee, you can pick from 9 other colors. Get the whole family to match ☺) These shorts look like denim, but are actually made of cotton making them soft, breathable, and awesome to wear over a bathing suit.

MOM + BABY MATCHING
Let us start off by keeping you protected from the sunshine with a darling sunhat. Both are wide brimmed paper straw hats with a black tied ribbon detail. Your pretty peepers also need some sun protection with a pair of retro cat eye sunnies in a sassy red shade. If your daughter has her ears pierced, you two can match with Encircle studs. They are a simple open circle stud, but look absolutely adorable on everyone. Finally you can slip into a black pair of slides. The slides are from different suppliers but both offer a variety of colors and prints and both are made from ethylene vinyl and have comfortable soles.

It’s important to have a good pair of shoes for a holiday such as the Fourth of July. You're out attending and participating in many activities and I want you + your girls to be comfortable. The sneakers for toddler age girls offer arch support. There are a multitude of colors available and many good reviews. (Take note that other customers have stated that these shoes run big.) The ruffled open-toed-sandals on the other hand run small, according to reviews. But many are impressed with the quality and durability.
