FAQs FOREVER JEWELRY

What is it?

Permanent Jewelry is a high quality (gold filled or sterling silver) chain that is custom fit to your wrist, neck or ankle and then welded directly on your body so there’s no clasp. It can stay on forever or as long as you want it. In the off chance you want to remove it, it can easily be cut off.

What's the difference between Permanent & Regular jewelry?

Permanent Jewelry must be welded onto your body. It does not have a clasp and is meant to be worn for an extended period of time.

Regular Jewelry has a clasp or is made on stretchy string so that it can easily be removed daily.

Does it hurt?

No! The welding heat never touches your skin making the procedure completely painless. It takes less than 10 minutes for the entire process.

Is this something we could put on at home? I don't live in Utah but I want some.

Unfortunately, no. Permanent jewelry cannot be shipped to you. You must be physically present to purchase Permanent Jewelry because we have to weld it onto your body at the time of purchase.

I suggest looking around in your area for jewelry companies that provide this service. It is becoming a lot more popular; odds are you will find someone and be able to support a local business where you live.

Can babies get them?

Of course. We can weld jewelry on any age as long as a parent or guardian is present to give consent.

When can we get it?

We are hosting a Girl’s Night Out on 9/16. Stay tuned for more details on that soon! We plan to have regular hours Monday, Thursday, & Fridays from 10am-1pm where you can walk in and get permanent jewelry with no appointment needed.

What are the most popular Forever pieces?

Bracelets and necklaces are the most popular type of jewelry because they are dainty, stackable, and a staple for every outfit. Anklets tend to be more popular in the warm spring/summer months.

The two bestselling chains lately have been Loyalty and Luminous.

Am I able to get a refund or exchange my Permanent Jewelry?

All sales of Permanent Jewelry will be final.

How do I remove my Permanent Jewelry?

Although it’s called Permanent Jewelry, you can remove your chain at any time by simply cutting it at the weld using a pair of scissors. Keep your piece safe and when you want to wear it again, we’ll reattach it for free.

Why do you not offer Gold Plated options for a lower price?

Gold Plated metal is far less durable than Gold Filled. The gold would wear off and it would turn your wrist green within a week or two of wear because permanent jewelry is meant to be worn 24/7, you want durable materials that can stand up to everyday wear (showering, sleeping, playing, gardening, etc.)
